Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Please note that bespoke, custom-made, or personalised pieces are non-refundable and cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, alteration, or are not returned in their original condition and packaging.
